Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Design Fibers! We work hard to process and ship your custom apparel and DTF transfer orders as quickly as possible.

Please review our shipping information before placing your order.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, print, and package your order. It does not include carrier transit time.

Custom apparel orders, large-volume orders, or orders requiring artwork adjustments may require additional production time.

During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Estimated carrier delivery times begin after your order has completed production and has been shipped.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Free Shipping

When a free-shipping promotion is available, qualifying orders must meet the advertised order minimum after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Free shipping applies to eligible U.S. orders unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Please Double-Check Your Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please carefully review your:

  • Street address
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP code

Design Fibers is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect address.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and policies.

Design Fibers is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, lost, or delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier and Design Fibers as soon as possible so we can assist where reasonably possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Keep the original packaging.
  2. Take clear photographs of the package and its contents.
  3. Contact us as soon as possible at dana.lujan@designfibers.com.

We will review the situation and assist with determining the appropriate next steps.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Chandler, Arizona area.

If you select local pickup, please wait until you receive notification that your order is ready before arriving.

Pickup instructions will be provided when your order is ready.

Rush Orders

Need your order quickly?

Please contact us before placing your order if you have a specific deadline or event date.

We will let you know whether we can accommodate your requested turnaround. Rush production or expedited shipping charges may apply.

Selecting expedited shipping does not automatically expedite production time.

Custom Apparel & DTF Transfer Orders

Please remember that shipping time is separate from production time.

DTF transfers and custom apparel are produced specifically for your order. Production cannot begin until we have received all required information, including print-ready artwork when applicable.

Artwork issues or missing information may delay production.
