How It Works

1. Create your gang sheet in your preferred design software.
2. Select the sheet size that matches your file.
3. Upload your completed gang sheet.
4. Choose your quantity. Ordering two means two copies of the entire sheet.
5. Review your artwork, dimensions, spelling, layout, and quantities.
6. Add your order to your cart, and we’ll handle the printing.

Sheet Size & Layout

Our sheets use 13″-wide film. Keep all artwork within the usable printing width stated in the product’s size guidelines.

Create your file at the exact dimensions of your selected sheet. Leave space between designs for cutting, and keep artwork clear of the sheet edges.

We print the layout you submit. Designs will not be rearranged or resized unless agreed upon before production.

Artwork Recommendations

For the best print quality, upload:

• A transparent PNG
• 300 DPI at the final sheet dimensions
• Clean, sharp artwork with no unwanted backgrounds
• Designs sized exactly as you want them printed

Avoid screenshots, blurry images, heavily compressed files, or small images that have been enlarged.

Print-Ready Artwork

By submitting your gang sheet as Print Ready, you confirm that you have checked the file and it is ready for production.

Design Fibers is not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution images, semi-transparent pixels, blurry artwork, incorrect sizing, unwanted backgrounds, spelling errors, or other issues within the submitted file.

DTF Transfer Benefits

Our DTF transfers offer vibrant color, sharp detail, and a soft, durable finish.

Suitable for cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blends, on both light and dark garments.

There’s no weeding and no pretreatment—your transfers arrive ready to press.

Pressing Instructions

Temperature: 300–310°F
Time: 10–20 seconds, depending on material
Pressure: Medium to firm
Peel: Instant peel

Position your transfer and press. Peel immediately, then cover with a finishing sheet and press again for approximately 5 seconds.

Follow the instructions included with your order. Heat presses and garment materials vary, so test before beginning a large production run.
