Welcome to Design Fibers LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit our website, purchase products, submit artwork, request custom printing, or otherwise use the products and services provided by Design Fibers LLC (“Design Fibers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Website Use
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, shipping, contact, and order information.
We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of our website, products, services, pricing, or availability at any time.
2. Products & Custom Orders
Design Fibers provides custom apparel, DTF transfers, decorated merchandise, and other custom printing and apparel services.
Because many of our products are made specifically for each customer, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all selections before submitting an order, including:
- Product
- Color
- Size
- Quantity
- Artwork
- Artwork dimensions
- Spelling
- Placement
- Gang sheet layout
- Shipping or pickup information
Once a custom order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Design Fibers reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders containing prohibited, unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content.
3. DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets
Customers ordering DTF transfers are responsible for selecting the appropriate transfer size and submitting artwork that meets our artwork requirements.
For Build a Gang Sheet orders, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the complete gang sheet before submitting the order.
Your gang sheet will be produced based on the layout submitted through our gang sheet builder.
Design Fibers is not responsible for errors contained in customer-submitted gang sheets, including incorrect sizing, duplicate or missing designs, spelling errors, unwanted backgrounds, incorrect placement, or unused space.
4. Print Ready Artwork
Artwork submitted as Print Ready will be produced using the file provided by the customer.
For best results, we recommend high-resolution artwork at approximately 300 DPI, transparent backgrounds when appropriate, clean edges, and artwork created at or near the intended print size.
Design Fibers is not responsible for print-quality issues resulting from customer-supplied artwork, including:
- Low-resolution or pixelated images
- Blurry artwork
- Semi-transparent pixels
- Unwanted backgrounds
- Poor-quality edges
- Incorrect dimensions
- Incorrect colors within the submitted file
- Spelling or design errors
- Images enlarged beyond their usable resolution
By submitting Print Ready artwork, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your file and authorize Design Fibers to print it as submitted.
5. Artwork Sizing
When ordering DTF Transfers by Size, the selected dimensions represent the maximum print area unless otherwise stated.
Artwork may be scaled proportionally to fit within the selected dimensions while maintaining the original aspect ratio.
We will not intentionally stretch or distort artwork simply to fill the selected dimensions. Because designs have different proportions, the final width or height may be smaller than the maximum dimensions selected.
6. Color Variations
We make reasonable efforts to produce accurate and vibrant colors. However, colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, tablets, and other digital devices may differ from the final printed product.
Differences can also occur because of artwork color profiles, garment colors, materials, inks, heat application, and other production variables.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon before production.
7. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property
By uploading or submitting artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, designs, text, or other content to Design Fibers, you represent that you own the content or have authorization from the owner to reproduce it.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, permissions, or approvals.
Design Fibers is not responsible for determining whether customer-submitted artwork violates another person's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights.
You agree to be responsible for claims arising from artwork or content you submit without appropriate authorization.
Design Fibers reserves the right to refuse to reproduce artwork that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Design Fibers Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, Design Fibers' website content, branding, graphics, photographs, original designs, product descriptions, logos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Design Fibers LLC.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially used without our permission.
Customer ownership of customer-supplied artwork is not transferred to Design Fibers simply because we print the artwork.
9. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for all charges associated with an order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization charges, and other fees shown before checkout.
Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-listing errors and to cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error.
10. Production & Turnaround Times
Production and turnaround estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless Design Fibers specifically provides a written guarantee.
Turnaround times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, equipment issues, artwork concerns, holidays, shipping delays, and other circumstances.
If you have a firm event or deadline, please contact us before ordering to determine whether we can accommodate it.
11. Shipping
Shipping times shown at checkout are generally carrier transit estimates and are separate from our production time.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery schedules are subject to the carrier's operations.
Design Fibers is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before completing an order.

12. Local Pickup
When local pickup is available, customers will be notified when their order is ready.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Pickup availability and hours may vary.
13. Custom Products, Returns & Refunds
Because custom apparel and DTF transfers are produced specifically for each customer, custom and personalized products are generally final sale.
We do not provide refunds or replacements for customer errors such as incorrect artwork, spelling, sizing, quantities, garment selections, colors, or gang sheet layouts.
If Design Fibers makes a verified production error or you receive a defective product, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs clearly showing the issue.
We will review the concern and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, reprinting, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

14. DTF Application
Customers purchasing DTF transfers are responsible for properly applying the transfers to their garments or products.
Heat presses, garments, materials, temperature accuracy, pressure, pressing time, and application methods can vary.
Pressing instructions provided by Design Fibers are recommendations and may require adjustment depending on your equipment and material.
We recommend testing transfers and application settings before beginning a large production run.
Design Fibers is not responsible for garments or other products damaged during customer application of transfers.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Design Fibers LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of our website, products, transfers, or services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
16. Privacy
Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how Design Fibers collects, uses, and protects personal information provided through our website and services.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or legal requirements.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of our website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in accordance with applicable Arizona and federal law.
